Mix one can of barbeque sauce
2 tablespoons of mustard
16 oz. strawberry jam

Cut hot dogs into about four pieces. Cook in crockpot about four hours.

ranch oyster crackers

ranch oyster crackers

16 ounces of plain oyster crackers
1 package of Ranch Salad Dressing Powder
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon dill weed
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup salad oil

Combine mix and oil, add dill weed, garlic powder and lemon pepper.
Pour over crackers, stir to coat. Place in warm oven for 15-20 minutes. Cool completely and store in airtight container.

sausage balls

sausage balls

1 pound of sausage
3 cups of Bisquick Baking Mix
4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients together. Form into small 1 inch balls. Placed on greased cookie sheet. Preheat oven 350° F. Bake for 18 minutes, or until golden brown. Place on paper towel. Serve immediately or let cool and freeze.

Sausage balls can be frozen uncooked.

Sausage balls can also be frozen cooked and can be reheated in the microwave.

ham roll-ups

ham roll-ups

1 package of sliced, cooked boiled Danish ham
1 (8 oz. package) of softened cream cheese
Worcestershire sauce
Small sweet pickles

Combine cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce together in small bowl. On single piece of ham, spread cream cheese evenly on one side. Cut sweet pickles lengthwise and place lengthwise on ham. Carefully roll up ham, and cut across to make pinwheels. Refrigerate until serving.

clam dip

8 oz. minced clams (can)
8 oz. package cream cheese
2 t. lemon juice
2 t. chili sauce
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. salt
dash pepper
dash Tabasco
(paprika)

Drain clams.

Blend softened cream cheese and lemon juice. Add clams and other ingredients except paprika. Mix well.
Sprinkle with paprika, cover and chill.

Serve with chips (Fritos), raw vegetables.

1 package of frozen meatballs

Marinara Sauce

Cook meatballs according to directions. Place meatballs in crock pot with marinara sauce until heated through.

Notes: Can be served many ways: individually, on rolls for meatball subs, or over pasta.

lib wilhelm’s cheese slaw

1 pound Swiss cheese, coarsely shredded
1 bunch green onions with tops, chopped
1/2 cup chopped mild banana peppers
1/2 cup finely chopped jalapeno peppers
mayonnaise
1 head cabbage

Combine the cheese, green onions, banana peppers and jalapeno peppers in a bowl. Add enough mayonnaise to bind and mix well. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Add additional mayonnaise if needed at serving time.

Hollow out the center of the cabbage and fold back the outer leaves. Spoon the cheese mixture into the center. Serve with corn chip scoops.
